K i've been reading in the news paper and hearning in the news about alot of unprovoked attacks in bars and night clubs from drunken teenagers i mean some teenage kid got paralayzed for life after an unprovoked attack and some other dude got killed after getting punched in the back of the head and his head got smashed into a brick wall i mean wtf how can unprovoked attacks be so dangerous i would really wana go clubing but its just seems too dangerous. I've been checking out calfiona and asking some question and it seems unprovoked attacks don't seem to happen there at there clubs and bars and there places are alot safer i mean that u could atleast find some decent safe place to club and prty why can't i find any in melbourne.

  1. it is a combination of binge drinking and drug induced rage.

sad but true and unfortunate for those who become a part of these unprovoked attacks and for no logical reason.

  2. I'm ashamed to say this violence comes from our binge-drinking culture.  But this stuff doesn't happen everywhere in Melbourne: there are particular clubs that attract that kind of crowd, especially in King Street in the CBD. I wouldn't go to those meat markets for anything.

There are other places that are far more peaceful and friendly, though it probably depends a lot on your taste in music. Violence is just about unknown in jazz venues, for instance.

Go to a place that serves food, where the music isn't deafeningly loud, where the lighting is reasonably bright, and where there are lots of women, and you'll be perfectly safe and have a great time!

  3. ther not unprovoked attacks, their drunks roaming the city after the clubs close or after their denied entry looking for fights, when they come across another drunk the whole gang jumps in and the dude gets ashed, otherwise there's a few cases of gang fights in the city. If you mind your own business and don't be smart or get so smashed you get into fights, you should be alright, also go in a group. otherwise hav fun...

  4. It's all to do with binge drinking but on top of that, it's also that the people themselves also have unresolved issues and drinking just makes them worse. (I wrote an essay on this a month ago).

It's stupid but that's just the way it is

  5. Teenagers and young adults are already very aggressive.

People are more aggressive and violent in groups.

Alcohol makes some people more aggressive.

So put young people together in groups with lots of alcohol...
