  1. No and if you get caught by the feds they will deport you.  Student visas are only for on-campus jobs and schooling.

  2. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! If you have a student visa you can only work on campus!!!!!! If you get caught your visa will be canceld and you will be deported.

  3. it depends on what you are studing.. if you are in college, have been going to school for more than a year and the job is going the help u gain experience somehow, then you can aply for a work permit.. otherwise i wouldnt know how to do it.. unless the person who is giving you the job is a friend of yours or something like that, most of the people would ask for your sin and work permit.. good luck!!!

  4. If it's for just a regular job, NO.

The only condition that would allow you to work legally while holding a student visa is:

When your field of study is closely related to the real estate business and you either sign up an internship course(for credit) to work part time during the semester or you work full time after graduation and file the application before the deadline(usually 3 months before the graduation date)

  5. real estate laws differ from State to State. In NY , you need a Licence.

A social security number is necessary to write the State exams.

  6. You cannot work on F1, unless your major is in real estate and you have work permit such as CPT (Curricular Practical Training).
