I need some help with the wording an e-mail response I am sending.

They said they liked my resume and want to have a brief phone interview for tomorrow, and what time works for me.

I want to say yes, thank you and tell them that i can do the interview from 10-12:30 or after 3:30pm. I also want to ask them to confirm the time with me.

can you please help me make this sound professional?

Thank you very much

Always remember: Do not use words like "don't" "aren't" or "havn't".. It causes confusion, and it looks more professional when you spell whole words out..As well as makes it look like you have put more time and effort into your letter. Be sure to thank whomever is interviewing you for their time and leave off with something like "I look forward to speaking with you again soon."  You can't go wrong with politeness..

  3. Well- you did good already!

    Dear _____

I would love to have a phone interview with ____ and can be available from this time to this time tomorrow.  Please just let me know what time is confirmed and if there is anything else I need to have available for the interview.  I am very excited about the possibility of working for your company!

    Sincerely,

    _____

Also, not sure if the person interviewing is the one writing to you, so if they are not, ensure you ask the name and title of who will be conducting the interview!

Remember, phone interviewers can't see what you have in front of you. Prepare for this one and jot some notes down for typical questions.  Good luck!
