Can someone with old felonies move to Australia from the US?

I have old felonies, 13 years, that were not violent and have recently had an opportunity to leave to go to Australia. Wondering if this is possible or what I would have to do to accomplish this. Made mistakes a long time ago. The felonies were in the state of Utah if that helps.

Contact the Australian embassy.  You will need a visa anyway so you will have to deal with it then.  As to their view of them, it depends on what you did.
