Can someone with paralyzed legs play table tennis in the non-special Olympics?

They wont be able to move much, but if they want to participate they can. They still have the all important arms.

  1. Yes. Provided they are nominated by their national organization.  Although both ITTF and USATT rules state that when playing a match against a player in a wheelchair, you must serve according to wheelchair rules.  BTW - I've been to ITTF Paralympic Table Tennis events: Arms are not so necessary for some awesome table tennis!
