Can someone write me a petition?

i need a petition to get cable down my street and im not good at writing i dont even know where to start.

ive talked to the cable company already they said there not going to do it because its a diff. county (i live where three counties meet walker,blount,and jefferson in alabama) but its the closest cable to my house. all the othe cable companies are miles away and this one is only about 2000 feet away. CAN ANYONE HELP ME IM TIRED OF DIAL-UP
