Can something really be wrong with my elbow?

It hurts at times when ever I move it, no matter what position I put it in, it hurts. So I felt my elbow, and compared my elbow with one of my friends. Her elbow was perfectly fine, but on my left side of the elbow, it felt like the bone was further back then it should be, comparing our elbows. can it be a serious problem? the only wierd thing about it is that it doesn't hurt all the time, it was hurting majorly in English class during school today.. and after that.. that's 5th period till the end of the school day (I have 9 periods and they are all 45 minutes long..)

What should I do? I told my mom about it, she said "it's fine, don't worry" which in her translation "I don't have money to take you to a doctors, go away and suck it up"

Please help :(

it's hurting :'(

I don't remember ever banging it on something, and when I grab at my elbow where it hurts, I literally feel the bone moving. I can literally move it myself. What can I do to keep it in place, with out needing the doctors, if it is broken or sprained or anything like that?
