If it smells and tastes normal, use it, but to be honest, just because it is vegetarian does not mean it will last longer than cows, ewes or goats milk.  Everything goes off eventually.

Yes!  Once opened, can last for about 2 weeks (if refrigerated). Lasts much longer than moo juice! Enjoy!
