  1. No, just raise the humidity and make feel hotter. Now toss some frozen dry ice up on a real humid day and you might get some rain if there is a lot of dust in the air.

  5. It would probably make it worse.  And where would this water come from?  We would deplete our reserves of water to do this which in turn would cause more humidity.

    it would be worse than living in the Texas Gulf Coast in the summer!!!!

  8. Water vapor is the most important greenhouse gas, which contributes between 90% and 95% of the total greenhouse effect.  So, spraying water will do nothing but heat things up if it is absorbed into the atmosphere.
