  1. possibly, a state trooper would be issuing a ticket based on state laws.. a local police officer issues tickets from county laws.

It is possible the state law is more expensive then the county one.

  2. No.  Speeding tickets are usually state violations which can be written by any jurisdiction within the state.

  3. No, its the same fine.  We enforce the same law.  Fines can be doubled for other reasons, but it doesn't matter if I write the ticket or a municipal LEO writes the ticket.

  4. officers have nothing to do with the amount of the ticket.the judge will set the coast of what is to be paid.

  5. The officer does not set the amount of the ticket, the fines are set by the courts.

  6. Also keep in mind that most fines double if you're busted in a construction area.
