I know it is a decent alternative sweetener for diabetics, but i can find no information if it can promote tooth decay.

  1. I've used it for years. It's great and natural. It's been used for centuries as a natural sweetener. I'd take my chances on the Stevia over any of the chemically synthesized offerings out there.

Since it has no sugar in it there is nothing for the microbes to feed on and thus cannot cause tooth decay like sugar does.
