  1. Not break bones, but you could strain a muscle doing it if you're not in great shape.

  2. if you have a weak left hand grip yes it can break or fracture small bones in wrist . had a shaft snap downswing did require rotator cuff surgery , it aggrated a old surgery area  thanks .

  3. No, but you can tear a muscle. John Daly did just that last fall.

  4. Although we have seen Tiger Woods did that a few times on the tee, but I certainly would not recommend it. The sudden jerk in your muscular free flow action (at speed) might just cause you undue harm in the long run. Perhaps a true golf physiologist could better explain the -ve effect on the muscular spasm caused by such an action.

  5. No it can't, but it will hurt pretty bad

  6. Yes

  7. Freak things happen all the time, it's not likely though. More likely a muscle tear or pull as mentioned above.

  8. Not unless your made of pretzels.

  9. yes! its in the hips! snap, snap, and you have major surgeon lookind over your xrays...hip replacement time!

  10. no, it will just throw you off, or if you are experiencing pain, its probably from stopping, something you should never do in golf.  Don't stop midway if you can, just hit it, and if you dont like the shot, adjust, or do better next time.
