I started taking birth control about 7 days ago but I stopped about 2 days ago because it was causing my heart to race and have terrible anxiety attacks for no real reason at all, and of course the normal side affects ie; headaches, cramps (really bad cramps I feel like my insides are getting ripped out). Of course you know that I stopped in the middle of my cycle. Well not quite the middle. lol....but anyway yesterday I started having light bleeding so could stopping birth control in your birth control. but I just missed one day when it happened

  1. yes stopping birth control can cause blood in the middle of the cycle, actually you should start your period even if you were only like a week into the new pack. yes it could cause anxiety cause its messing with your hormones. about while you were taking them i would talk to a gyno and they can prescribe you different levels of hormones to prevent the cramps. also when i quite my birth control in the middle of my cycle i got preg that month yea but thankfully i had a miscarriage, cause i didn't want no baby. but yea that sounded like it did for me except i just didn't have the cramps. but i have never had cramps

  2. Yes i would say its ok it just happened to me last week i started taking pills but they made me really sick also so i stop taking them and 3 days later I'm  on my period..... so i think its ok.

  3. I quit my birth control pills halfway through a pack last month because I was getting really bad symptoms...and I had asked my doc if I should just finish the pack or stop halfway through -- she said it doesn't matter either way, if you stop halfway through your period will just come early.

Mine came 2 days after I quit the pills...so what you're going through sounds normal
