  4. Stores are not suppose to sell lighters to minors but yes they sell them anyway! Im 16 and i've been buying them since i was probably bout 13.

    if they say no go to the store across the street and you shouldnt have a problem.

  7. No. You must treat matches and lighters like cigarettes and chewing tobacco. If they are not old enough to buy the tobacco then they don't need the lighter.
