Stores are not suppose to sell lighters to minors but yes they sell them anyway! Im 16 and i've been buying them since i was probably bout 13.

ima minor and iv only been turned down once and that was when i was visiting in california.

if they say no go to the store across the street and you shouldnt have a problem.

unless you own a store, in that case you can sell lighters yes

No. You must treat matches and lighters like cigarettes and chewing tobacco. If they are not old enough to buy the tobacco then they don't need the lighter.
