Can straight Edge people eat food with alcohol in it?

I am Straight Edge i don't think i ate food with alcohol in it but i wonder if we can.....if anyone who answers is also Straight Edge plz point it i would like answers from sXe people.

If the alcohol has been cooked then yes, you're fine. When you heat up alcohol it burns up the actual alcohol. What's left is the flavor soaked into the food. You couldn't ever get drunk or tipsy eating food with alcohol cooked into it (no matter how much you had).

The heating/cooking of Alcohol evaporates the chemical components that make you drunk. So eat away.......!

It varies from person to person.I've been straight edge for 4 years now (Claimed edge then, not just stopped doing stuff).. And I've seen this question brought up on many sxe forums.And while some say it's not okay, generally most are fine with it as your intentions aren't that of majority of drinkers and it's not to get stuck in a rut of drinking or exposing yourself to a disgusting lifestyle.So it's entirely up to the person.
