  1. Yes, if you get migraines, you could have many triggers, including stress. It could also be from an activity do to stress. For example, common food triggers include red wine, chocolate, msg (think chinese food), and certain cheeses. Many people eat those types of foods in times of stress. One thing I would recommend if you think stress is triggering your migraines is biofeedback. It's lovely.  


  2. Yup. I get it almost every day due to work related stress. And my mom suffers from it worse than me.

    my mom gets them all the time and I do too when im stressed normally i never have them only when im stressed to the max.

    stress is a b*****d and so is a migrane

  4. If you are subject to migraines, absolutely yes.

    If you are otherwise not prone to migraines, it's unlikely.
