  1. Well, stress can make you gain weight when you're not pregnant, so I don't see why it couldn't when you're pregnant.

Sorry you're having so many problems, good luck!

  2. Hi, Unfortunately yes, Stress can cause all sorts of problems  - weight gain included whether you are pregnant or not, and being pregnant your hormone levels are so all over the place it can be stressful for the best of people, it's perfectly normal, but if you are gaining too much weight then it's worth getting it checked out with doctor just incase something physical is causing it, Have you tried mediation to calm yourself? maybe worth a shot if you haven't tried it. And you do realise some women just gain more weight during pg then others, I was just speaking to another Mum at my daughter's school yesterday and she gained 60 kilos with her 1st pregnancy (60 kilos is what she originally weighed so she put on her own body weight again) it was due to fluid retention so doc's needed to treat that.

Don't bash yourself up for not "getting your husband"or him with you, during pregnancy even the most sweetest and dearest woman can become super nasty it's just the hormones gone crazy which happens for all women just some handle it better then others. If you are depressed in any way because of all this you should speak to your doctor about it too. Good Luck darl and just remember it is normal to go through just ask for help from doc.
