  1. Yes, this is one of the number one causes. It increases your heart rate with the epi release in our bodies which in turn raises your blood pressure with your heart beating faster. It is not good. Find some alternative ways to deal with stress. Good Luck!!

    but one way of lowering blood pressure is by lowering stress levels
