I think it should be allowed at lunch but not in class, they should also have them off in class in case they ring.

   Yes,  It is more of a nuisance than of some use to the students. Some time back at Delhi, a student with his mobile phone  videoed a film intercoursing with a fellow student.

if its an emergengy then its fine....otherwise is more of nuisance in educational institution than its advantages....

If students use their mobiles for educational purpose then there is nothing wrong in this matter.If they misused then they should be punished,

I n class they shouldnt use it but in recess they should be allowed. If they use it in class they can cheat and sirupt the class with the beeps from the phones
