I don't understand most of your questions----well, really they aren't even questions.  However, I will do what I can.

Comet strikes are the striking of another celestial body by a comet.  Now, if you really meant comet streaks.  Those are the tails left by comets as they streak through the sky and due to friction heat up leaving a light trail.
