Can sweet rice be used to make sushi rice?

NO! Don't make the same mistake I did once doing the same thing. It is waaaaay to sticky!

It's best used for dessert type dishes but not for sushi. Get some good Calrose rice and save the sweet rice for something else.

Yes and no! You can, but without the vinegar it gets too sticky. Adding vinegar is NOT an option with sweet rice. Stick with the tried and true products.

No, use any short or medium grain rice  and do not rinse it.
