Can Switzerland become a super power?

Definitely yes!

It just needs some new strategic/military planning.

Now Switzerland is high in the alps.

So all we need to do is tell all the other European nations we are king of Europe.

And if anyone gets cheeky it's easy.

We are high up so we simply throw fresh cow pats down onto anyone getting out on line.

Just imagine if the French President Nicolas Sarkozy doesn't respond quickly enough. Wham! bam! A lovely fresh cow pat hits him right in the middle of his face. LOL

sure, all it needs to do is smuggle a nuclear weapon, and hold the world hostage. I call this project the Alan Parson's Project. Also, it can fire a giant laser at the moon, and send chunks of it falling on all the other countries. I call this preparation, Preparation H. MWAHAHAHAH!
