Can synthetic polyester material be recycleable?

Is it ture that all the P.E.T. (polyethylene terephthalate)products can be recycled? I know the water bottles can be done, but something likes polyester fiber which I'm not sure. Can someone explain here. Thanks.

  1. no, not all synthetic polyester can be recycled because a lot of them are created during chemical reaction meaning you'll have to go through another chemical reaction in order to break the bonds between the molecules

    burning them is not the ideal result because this will just give out harmful gasses such as lots of CO2 or H2 or B2 gases

    there will be special treatments to recycle these synthetic polyesters
