  1. it depends. you have to find out if they are privately owned or not. i dont think they are but the building they are in might be privatley owned

at my retail shop, people get mad when we refuse to let them use our bathroom. they say "this is a public place you have to have a bathroom"

well... no we dont our building is privately owned.

if they were out in the open and no employee only sign, maybe something was up with the bathroom - out of order or something

taco bell recepts have 1 800 numbers where you can call and complain.. ive had to call a few times..

  2. They should provide it.

  3. businesses provide bathrooms as a courtesy usually. i dont think its an obligation. as long as employees have one they are legal

  4. They are not required to offer any bathroom at all to their customers

  5. Around here if food is served then restrooms must be available.  Presumably this is for handwashing prior to eating.  Otherwise, no one is obligated to provide restrooms.

  6. all places have a restroom but they are most of the time posted as for costumers only this way they sucker you into buying there stuff my family owns one and we do not care if they are customers or not but i know some other owners are just the opposite if you are not buying your are not using the restroom and they will ask you to leave i know it is stupid but what can you do?

  7. just depends on the situation if private or not yes you have some  for employes but you do not have to have them for the public

  8. idk but thats a good question

  9. Just wait until they start putting .25 locks on the outdoor of the restrooms! Just like at a Carls Jr. in Las Vegas near the Strat.

imho the restrooms are for customers only, not the general public swapping bus routes or jogging by and not buying the food.

Most places put up signs management reserves right to not serve customers.
