Can taking Abilify damage a person's brain function/chemical balance if taken by a healthy person.?

I am taking a big test next week and I am considering taking Abilify to increase my focus/concentration. I am not mentally ill and I am concerned about doing more harm than good.

If you take abilify, the side effects will make you EXTREMELY tired for the first few days and will take months for the tiredness to go away completely. It won't increase your concentration. It's designed to stabilize moods and decrease paranoia, not improve concentration.
