Can taking a yeast infection pill give you bacterial vaginosis? ?

i took a yeast infection pill a few days ago. now i'm having yellow/brown discharge.

could be this bacterial vaginosis?

there is no itching or white discharge.

i'm also on my second month of yaz.

No ;one is a fungus occurring naturally the other is a bacterial infection which needs a swab taken to double check which is which. Maybe it is neither , but best to be safe and have the Dr run some checks .Take care.
