  1. No, vinegar can't cause nosebleeds. It is rich in potassium and associated trace minerals. It detoxifies, is antiseptic, anti-catarrhal, bitter (digestive) and antimicrobial. Dosage is an individual matter. 1, 2 or 3 teaspoons to glass of water at each meal is usual. Use equal amount of honey if desired to lessen the tartness.

  2. No, apple cider vinegar ~ organic is very good for you.

Vitamin C deficiency will cause nosebleeds, unexplained bruising, broken capilliaries on the skin's surface, bloodshot eyes, contribute to constipation, easy susceptibility to cold and flus, contribute to high blood pressure, slow wound healing......... eat more foods rich in vitamin C.

ie ~ citrus fruits such as lemons, limes and oranges, leafy and green vegies, tomatoes and potatoes, red and green peppers, strawberries and blackberries.

Things that will rob you of your precious supplies of water soluble vitamin C are alcohol, caffeine, aspirin and otc counter cold and flu meds, antiobiotics, sleeping tablets, laxatives and diuretics, the oral contraceptive and eostrogen supplementation (if you are female) and smoking♥ Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin and as such our bodies can neither store or produce it and we need to ingest it on a daily basis♥

Organic apple cider vinegar does really work and is very good for you!! It will give your skin a healthy fresh glow owing to its ability to aid in digestion and get everything running smoothly ♥

Go and get yourself some organic apple cider vinegar ~ Braggs is a good quality brand. put 2 tablespoons into a mug and fill with water, mix it up and drink through a straw (to protect the enamel on your teeth) ............ this will encourage the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy and aid in digestion of your meals thus also helping with constipation. It will also cure an acid tummy by increasing digestion and realkalising your tummy.

how much you use in each mug really depends on whether you like the tartness of the taste of organic apple cider vinegar .......  perhaps start with just 1/2 a tablespoon and build up to a couple of tablespoons full per mug.

I take it with my vitamins in the mornings to help digest them and you could also have a mug full 20 minutes before meals if you are having issues with low stomach acid to help bolster the digestive process ♥

Apple cider vinegar will eliminate heart burn and acid reflux symptoms........ have two mugs if you have to. All natural ingredients, no chemicals or rubbish to upset sensitive little bodies in organic apple cider vinegar either.

oh, please ensure that you buy organic as the commercial varieties have had so much goodness taken from them that they could really never possibly be used for therapeutic purposes ♥

Shake the bottle well too so that the Mother (active ingredient) in it is well dispersed throughout the ACV♥

  3. No it's very very good for you.

Several ingredients found in Apple Cider Vinegar serve to enhance its reputation as a true health benefit. Calcium, iron, sodium, potassium, malic acid and pectin are several of the minerals which it has in perfectly balanced amounts, which gets most people's attention.

        * Potassium – to avoid runny nose, hair loss, brittle teeth

        * Malic Acid – to fight infections from harmful bacteria and fungus

        * Pectin – facilitates regulated blood pressure and removal of bad cholesterol reduction
