can taking progesterone affect the outcome of a home pregnancy test? ... My doctor put me on Progesterone inserts and Estradiol pills 1x/day for 14 days after my ovulation. I did a hpt this morning, it came out BFN. Now im 13dpo and 14 days past hcg shot. Need some opinion and info. Thank you.

No.  Your body naturally produces progesterone and a HPT will not pick up that hormone.  It's looking for hCG only.
