A confirmed tatkal ticket cannot be cancelled

A WL Tatkal ticket can be cancelled, but you receive only part of the amount .. I think 50%

tatkal ticket are done for emergency purpose...they cannot be cancelled.....i suffered a same problem for cancellation of tatkal ticket.....but tatkal waiting list ticket can be cancelled........
