  1. Yes much worse if they are not decaffeinated. I quit caffeine and it helps tremendously!


  2. Absolutely ... especially if you're prone to anxiety/panic attacks. I had to switch to de-caf coffee and tea.

    BTW: If you're a cola drinker .. switching to a sugar and caffeine free cola is best. :)

  4. i suffer from anxiety as well and have found that anything heavily caffeinated just adds to the problem because the jitters only serves to compound the situation. decaffeinated beverages might help you some. I hope this helps.
