  1. Teachers will likely have access to the information that your parents provide when they enroll you in school.  This generally includes addresses, phone numbers, who to contact in case of an emergency, and emergency medical information (allergies, special health conditions and the like).

Parents provide salary information to schools if they choose to sign up for free or reduced lunch services from the government, but your teachers do not generally have access to that information.

  2. when your parents/gaurdians sign you up for that school they have to give the school your info. (Example: Name, D.O.B, which shots you got, where you live, ect.)

Teachers can look it up in your files but in some school the board of education dont let them look at it...so yeah.

    if you ment by google...no.

    i hope that helped.

  3. Nowadays the Privacy laws are very strict.  A teacher can have access to certain information provided by your parents or legal tutors; but only the information that would be useful for the job of the teacher. For example, any conditions where the teacher has to provide a reasonable accommodation in the classroom,  or have the home phone and cel phone in case any situation with the student leads to the need of contacting parents or legal tutors. The person in charge of  collecting this information is mostly the home-class teacher and in some schools there is a registration department that deal with documentation.

At all times the parents or legal tutors have the right of demanding the information provided to school as PRIVATE. They also have the right of not providing compromising information to the school, like social security number of the student, and this number is not available for the teachers.

  4. Although it is true that parents need to provide the school district with information about income to qualify for services such as free and reduced lunch, teachers do NOT have access to this information.  Student files consist of parent contact information (including where they work, if provided by the parents and emergency contact information), the language most often spoken at home, previous grades, medical information given by parents, communication from prior teachers, and/or information included by parents.  The file also will contain legal information affecting the child, such as custody information, prior disciplinary actions, and any criminal information.  Lastly, the file will contain any other documents that apply to special services such as special ed., english as a second language, or a 504 plan.  I hope this helps.

  5. Teachers often have immediate computer access to parental information for emergency and necessary contact reasons.  Income is not provided.  That's private information.  Every student who enrolls in school is required to provide certain information for the student and parents' sake.
