AKC and some other kennel clubs does not recognize the teacup only toy and up but in answer to your quesion as long as the male is SMALLER than the female yes you can breed the two.But be sure to take into consideration the temperament, personality, and markings of the male and female you are breeding together in addition to the markings and most of all the Health and also the Pedigree of each parent.Breeding is a big responsibility and a joy but is a lot of research to produce the ( as close to perfect as possible ) off-spring you Do Not just put two dogs together and hope for the best.And when you take the time and effort to do your research and do it right you will never regret it  Good Luck  Oh and even with a very tiny male stud be prepared for a very possible C-section and expensive also.
