Can teen at the age of 14 get into Penn High School, an online school?

I'm am currently in 9th grade, and planning to make a big change in life. I plan on dropping out of Public School, and enrolling at Penn Online High School.\

1. Can a teen at 14 enroll at Penn high School?

2. Is there a law restricting me of graduating at a certain age?

3. To those who have use the program, was it worth it to enroll?

4. Can you compare Penn HS to a Public School?

5. Describe the Ups and Downs....

Note) If you are asking why, it's because I 't handle waking up early, due to a sleeping problem, and all the problems they give me, i already taught myself so I always sleep in class.

I "go" to Alpha Omega Academy.  

I can't say anything about Penn HS, since I don't think I've ever heard of it...

But, for AOA, you can join at any age, and as far as I know, there aren't any age limits on graduating early.  [I heard of a 15 year old starting college this year.]

I just started homeschooling this year, for my 10th grade year, and I love it.  It's so much better compared to Public school.  You just have to be self motivated, and do your work when you're supposed to.
