Can teenagers use their parents credit card?

Question

Like with your parent's permission can you use it in a store?

Are you signing your name when you sign even if it doesn't match the one on the credit card ?

Do you have to do something special to be able to use it?

Do sales clerks question you?

I've used my mother's credit card on occassion. Typically the stores ask that the card holder send a note with you that has their signature at the bottom, so they can make sure it matches the one on the back of the card. And I typically just sign my mom or dad's name.
