Can tell the definitions for relief angle and rake angle? ?

rake angle is the angle between the cutting edge of a tool and a plane perpendicular to the working surface.  relief angle is the angle on a tool after the cutting edge.  like on drill bits.  drill bit will not drill without a relief angle (cut).  machining 101.

The pic shows for lathe but the principle also applies to most if not all metal cutting tools, twist drills, end mills, etc
