Can the Eucalyptus deglupta be decocted and be used as a kind of medicinal tea?

I didn't find anything about teas, but I found these uses:

Antiseptic and deodorant: Apply crushed leaves on affected area.

Cough and asthma: Take decoction of leaves as tea.

Insect repellant: Burn leaves.

Please don't kill anyone...myself included.
