Can the Lions survive with just Pierce and J. Jackson?

Question

I love how Buck runs the ball, but he has a tendancy to get beaten up pretty quick. Jackson is solid as a rushing QB but as he proved last year, his arm isn't worth anything. I still think the rest of the Lions lineup is first-class, but the QB position is a crucial one.

This isn't even a question...the lions can totally win the division with just Pirece and Jackson.  The question is more if Dave Dickenson is going to get injured putting on Henry Burris' shoulder pads for him.

I think Dickerson gave himself a concussion tying up his shoes...Pierce and Jackson have the opportunity right now to become the most lethal QB combo in the CFL. Jacksons arm may not be the strongest but the boy makes some smart plays and Buck is a tough guy, look for him to have something to prove. IMO they are going to be tearing it up. Also to say the QB position os a crucial one is an understatment, the CFL is a QB league. With only three downs its all or nothing.
