  1. Only if the person who's suing wants to come off looking like an idiot. Every one over the age of 5 knows its pure satire.


  2. Any newspaper or periodical if they have printed material is actually libel. However your chances of winning is quite slim. The press is protected by Freedom of the Press in the Bill of Rights of our Constitution.

  3. I know that a lot of "parody" and "satire" is covered under the first amendment.  Look at fox news trying to sue Al Franken for using "fair and balanced" when mocking them.
