Can the Philips HTS3151D surround sound system hook up to my xbox?

You should be able too.  On the back of the reciever there should be a tv and aux audio in.  Connect the AV cable to aux and set the receiver to aux and you should have sound.  

Aux cable are red and white, your xbox should have the appropriate cables.
