Out of curiosity really, I mean, isn't the President the Vice President's Boss? What if the VP misses too many sick days or talks back the the President over a dispute (as most employees voice their opinions then get fired).

  1. No, he has to be impeached just like the president.  He can ask him to resign and can put a lot of pressure on the Vice President but since he is duly elected he can't fire him.

  2. Now why would Dudya fire Cheney? They're best buds aren't they?

Wonder why Dudya never went on a hunting trip with Cheney.

  3. No.  He can ask that the V.P. resign, but that's it.  The V.P. can only be "fired" by impeachment by the House followed by conviction by the Senate (and the Senate deciding the punishment is removal from office).

  4. Only if she breast feeds in the oval office.

  5. The Vice President serves at the pleasure of the President, if the President no longer feels the VP is serving the country the best way he may get a new VP however getting one confirmed is difficult.

  6. Only if the VP gives bad head.

  7. Not directly, but both can be Impeached by we, the people....

  8. No. The Vice President is elected along with the President.  The VP, like the President, can be impeached, however.
