    Other members of the royal family are subject to the law, like everyone else.

  6. The Queen is immune from prosecution in the courts. It is part of the Royal Perogative. Howver this does not stretch to other members of the royal family.

  7. No-one is above the law. I'm not sure how they would go about enforcing the laws since the police force are employed by the Queen but there must be a way around it.

  15. The Queen IS the law. She cannot be tried in court because She would have to give evidence to and try Herself.

    The Law states that "The Queen can do no wrong "and that "The Queen is the fount of all justice".

    This applies to The Queen only : any other member of the Royal Family can be brought to court, charged, made to give evidence.
