I'm pretty sure not as I recall one of my friend who went to Europe for two weeks while collecting, but just want to confirm. Answers from people who have collected and traveled would be appreciated. Thx.

  1. I wouldnt risk it. They're pretty tricky those guys.  One little crisis overseas and you're in strife.

  2. I'm not for sure, but...

How would they know. Someone would have to file a complaint.

The question would be were you available for work and did you look for work. Hum.. No one said it had to be work in the US, or in your state or even in your town. Each state has different but similar rules. My advice is just do it. If there is an issue then you would have to pay back the money. So what. Enjoy life when you can.

  3. If you go to Europe, you'll need a passport. The passport will be scanned when you enter Europe, and that database is available to the US. Do they check every claimant? Probably not. Might they? Heck yes!
