  1. Yes. It can be a little bit of a hassle though. 40mph max speed limits use.

  2. at least the first 2 answers are correct

    I talked to the zap people when they introduced the car and they would not import something you can't use legally, but you can't take them on the freeway.

    great for "in town" use.

  3. Yes, I've seen a few of these driven on the street.  As long as the speed limit is no higher than 40 mph (the Xebra top speed) then it's fine.
