  1. It depends if her account has overdraft protection where your account is the one they would draw money from if hers was overdrawn. If you do online banking you should be able to see if they have any transfers pending in your account, or you can call your bank to verify that your account is not tied in any way to your daughter's account. If both accounts are not linked then they will not take money from your account. I had an overdraft in one of my account and they charged me overdraft fees even though my other account with the same bank had more than enough to cover the amount overdrawn by. When I called the bank, they told me they could not transfer money between accounts unless I had authorized overdraft protection.

you can get much information in this website, stay a minute in website and check anyone link at a time, you can aslo get your answer in Google Search in this website, which has helped me alot

  3. I really think that if it's the same bank, such as Bank of America, etc. and your name is on both accounts, they are able to transfer the money.  I would call my bank officer and get it clarified tho because it doesn't sound fair.  I'd also remove myself from her account as a signer.

  4. No, but , they will charge her an overdraft fee, but cannot take money from on account for another.

  5. they can't without your authorization to do so
