Can the bugs in my bath tube breath underwater?

i have theres bugs in my bath tube(there really small,like a black circle wit 2 antenna i do not like to kill anything,i want to wash them down my drain but i do not want to kill um.CAN THEY BREATH IF I WASH THEM DOWN THE DRAIIN?!!? (WATER BUGS)

Washing them down the drain will kill them.  The drain will take them to a sewage processing plant that will chop them up, filter them out, mix them with strong chemicals, and other uncomfortable things.  If you don't want to kill them, take them outside.
