Can the credit card company freeze my own personal account so that i can not take any money at all?

  1. If they have a judgment, they can get a court order to attach your bank account.


  2. Only if there's a legal judgement against you. they have no authority to just freeze your account. You have to be pastdue for years and owe a large amount, too large for the company to write off and then they'll put a judgement against you.
