Yes, I believe some of the foreign currency exchange institutions can do that. However there will be no free lunch in that move. I think they will charge some fee for that and in some cases it could be substantial. So I think it’s better to do so in your local bank. Any way, prior to actual move you can check some on-line currency exchange recourses and pick what will be cheaper.
