Can the custodial parent call the police and have him/her arrested?

If the noncustodial parent has a warrent issued againsted for nonpayment of child support and shows up at the custodial parents home to pick up the child can he/her be arrestted on those warrent charges

  1. yes but why do that in front of the child have him arrested at work  


  2. Yes, you can call the police, and they would be arrested. If you know when the person is going to show up, call ahead to give the officer time to get there.
