Can the definition "child abuse" include teenagers?

Teenagers can be considered children because they are underage, so can the term "child abuse" apply to teenagers as well?

    It includes any situation when some who has a level of control or power over someone else.

  11. Yes that is the logical consequence of having ( in some states ) an age of consent as high as 18. A girl of 17 can therefore become a victim of child s*x abuse if she has consented s*x with a 21 year old. It`s ridiculous, but that is how society wants it now a days.

    All other kinds of abuse is child abuse if a person is below 18.
