Can the digestion system really handle digesting lots of vitamins?

In this energy vitamin kit, (sold in kind of a small baggie thing at AM/PM (it's like a gas station) it comes with like 12 different vitamins that they want you to take daily?

So is it dangerous for the digestion system to be taking 12 or even 25 different vitamins (if you take the energy kit, as well as the stamina one) , so about 12 or 25 vitamins per day day like this company is telling the customer to do ? Can the digestive system really handle this?

Vitamins neither give you extra energy nor more stamina, so there's a really good likelihood that there's something else in those pills. You can get 100% of your needed vitamin intake from a single pill, so it sounds like they're trying to sell you something that's neither effective nor completely honest.

It is quite possible to have vitamin toxicity, mostly with the fat-soluble A and D, but also with several of the water-soluble vitamins, though you really have to take a lot of the water-soluble ones to get significant adverse effects.

Too much of anything is bad, including vitamins!

If you eat a balance meals, additional vitamins will not do you any good.

Never eat more than one one multivitamin pill a day.

It depends on the quality of the vitamins and minerals, whether they are taken with food (recommended), the amount you require (personally), and your diet.  But yes, your digestive system will unload any water-soluble vitamins you don't absorb, and the fat-soluble ones will be stored.  If you are concerned, a good 1-2 multivitamin will suffice if you are fairly healthy.  At certain times I used to take 60 vitamin/other pills, and I needed every one.
